Terms & Conditions

All transactions involving clients and Pristine Chauffeurs are bound by the aforementioned terms and conditions. By accepting Pristine Chauffeurs’ terms and conditions, passengers enter into a contract with the licensed operator (Pristine Chauffeurs) for transportation services and reservations.

1. PURCHASE OF SERVICES
When making a reservation via phone or email, you affirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering binding contracts.

2. BOOKINGS
Our team strives to assist customers around the clock and aims to exceed expectations. However, the earlier you inquire, the better chance we have of providing a chauffeur-driven car meeting your requirements. For inquiries or reservations, contact us by phone or email. To book through our agent, travelers must provide complete contact details. Failure to do so may hinder our assistance. The agreement with Pristine Chauffeurs becomes effective upon receiving an email with a separate “Booking Confirmation” specifying trip details.

3. WAITING TIME
Trips from airports and seaports include 60 minutes of free waiting time. Other trips include 15 minutes of complimentary waiting time at each transfer point. After this, a £70/hour fee is charged in hourly increments. Delays exceeding 60 minutes may also incur additional fees.

4. PAYMENTS
Except for corporate account holders, all fees are due in advance. Debit or credit cards used for reservation will be charged for additional fees. Card charges are in GBP, and a 100% surcharge applies on bank holidays.

5. REFUNDS, CHANGES, AND CANCELLATIONS
Modifications must be requested during business hours and confirmed by Pristine Chauffeurs. Cancellations must also be made during business hours. Less than 24-hour notice incurs a 100% cancellation fee. .

6. CHAUFFEURS AND CARS
Chauffeurs drive at reasonable speeds and choose the best route. Excessive luggage may be refused. Fleet categories may change based on availability.

7. COMPANY RESPONSIBILITIES
Pristine Chauffeurs provide transportation services and ensure execution according to the contract. The company is not liable for reservations made directly with the driver.

8. RESPONSIBILITIES OF CUSTOMER AND PASSENGER
Passengers must prevent damage to the car and consider potential delays. Pristine Chauffeurs retains the right to pursue payment for damages or cleaning.

9. EXCEPTIONS
Pristine Chauffeurs are not liable for circumstances beyond their control. In case of breakdowns, efforts are made to continue the route with another vehicle.

10. COMPLAINTS
Complaints must be filed in writing within 14 days. Pristine Chauffeurs will acknowledge complaints within 14 days and respond within 28 days.

11. ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY
A zero-tolerance policy is in place against provocations, harassment, and rudeness. Passengers under the influence may be refused travel.

12. FRAUD
Payments must be approved by the cardholder. Pristine Chauffeurs reserves the right to cancel bookings due to suspected fraudulent conduct
